A Heavenly New Way to Enjoy Phở
Fans of Kim-Dung Nguyen and Jimmy Tran’s Hot Pot Heaven restaurants will be excited to learn that this wife and husband team has opened a new “build your own” phở restaurant at Pearl Highlands Center.
Like their hot pot shabu shabu establishments, Phở Heaven lets patrons choose from an assortment of fresh ingredients to top off bowls of steaming phở, a savory broth made with beef bones and spices that have stewed for 24 hours. Favorite Vietnamese appetizers and street-style bites also are on the menu, including Kim’s childhood favorite bahn mi siumai.
“Our concept is to offer a simple, delicious, and healthy menu,” explains Kim. “All of the dishes are made with recipes from my mother-in-law’s family and friends.”
