A good place to start is Cotti Coffee where an extensive menu invites you to explore more than four dozen novel ways to enjoy iced and blended beverages, including classic coffees and lattes, milk coffee and milk tea, fresh and fruity teas, and frothy frappés. The Sip & Spoon Tiramisu is in a class of its own – served in a cup layered with sweet chocolate on the bottom and bold espresso above, a coffee-soaked ladyfinger, and topped with cocoa-dusted coffee foam.
Up Roll Cafe
UpRoll Café, known for its sushi burritos, poke bowls, and donburi, also boasts an impressive list of refreshments like their popular sorbet teas and latte floats. This summer, fresh lychee mango iced tea and lilikoi lemonade, and creamy soda floats have been added to the menu.
Pho Heaven
For a quick grab-and-go caffeine boost drop into Phở Heaven for a sweet, iced Thai tea or Vietnamese coffee. Or linger a little longer over a bánh mì or the refreshing vermicelli bowl packed with savory grilled pork, crispy egg rolls, fresh vegetables, and rice noodles.

The Pizza Press delivers an elevated build-your-own pizza experience and you’ll want to save room for their artisanal vanilla ice cream, enjoyed three ways: In a float with your choice of soda; sandwiched between two jumbo, fresh-baked chocolate cookies; or for a limited time, in a malasada ice cream sando.
When it comes to sweet treats, we can safely say that Liliha Bakery’s legendary coco puffs and poi donuts are season-neutral – enjoyed any time of day, any month of the year.
