Highlands Holi-daze: A Pop-up Film Fest Featuring Free Movies for the Whole Family!

Pearl Highlands Center will be hosting a socially distant drive-in movie weekend, benefitting Toys 4 Tots in the top level parking area across from Ross and Guitar Center on December 11 and 12, 2020. Tickets are free but we encourage donations of new, unwrapped toys for local keiki in the community. Registration is required. Visit https://bit.ly/HighlandsHoliDaze to reserve your tickets.
There will be 2 shows on each night at 4:30pm and 7:00pm. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
Friday, December 11th:
4:30pm: Abominable (97 min.)
7:00pm: Elf (97 min.)
Saturday, December 12th:
4:30pm: Arthur Christmas (97 min.)
7:00pm: Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1 hour, 44 min.)
GENERAL RULES
-You may arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the showtime. First to arrive, gets closer screen viewing. Movie starts promptly at showtime.
-You may leave at any time during the screening. Please be courteous to other guests. No reentrance will be allowed.
-NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS (except food from Pearl Highlands Center Merchants)
-There will be no alcohol consumption on the premises.
-Guests are discouraged from discarding trash on the premises. This is for the safety of our staff and limits cross contamination.
-Ticket valid only for the event date/time purchased.
-Weather: Rain or shine the show will go on. If there are extreme high winds that exceed 45mph, the screen will need to be removed and the event will be cancelled.
VEHICLE
-All City, state, and federal laws related to vehicle operation must be followed.
-Guests must remain inside vehicle at all times (with exception of restroom usage).
-Recreational activities or gatherings outside of vehicles is prohibited at all times.
-Guests must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing rules while traveling to and from the restrooms.
-All persons attending the event must drive up in an enclosed vehicle and remain in that same vehicle during the entire event. NO MOTORCYCLES, MOPED, OR TRAILERS WILL BE ALLOWED.
-Vehicles must park in marked stalls, as directed by staff, to maintain at least six (6) feet apart.
-Vehicle windows, sunroofs, and convertible tops may be opened during the entire event, so long as the vehicle is parked at least six (6) feet away from another vehicle.
-Guests may sit in the bed of their pickup, so long as no object extends above the height of the cab. Sound from the cab or fm radio must be at a reasonable level, or fm headphones may be used.
-Any vehicle that may block the view of other guests will be required to park in the back rows at the sole discretion of security, lot attendants, and management. Guests who fail to comply will be asked to leave the property immediately without refunds.
-As of 10/22/2020, Oahu has entered Tier 2 of the State Reopening Strategy – No more than 5 people per vehicle. (please check https://www.oneoahu.org/reopening for the most recent Tier and guideline)
COVID
ALL STATE, CITY AND CDC COVID GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED DURING THIS EVENT.
ALL RULES OF THE PROPERTY MUST BE FOLLOWED DURING THIS EVENT.
IF YOU ARE SICK OR FEELING UNWELL AT ALL, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND.
There will be zero tolerance for non-compliance – guests who don’t abide by the rules will be subject to dismissal without refund.
