Liliha Bakery’s first Central O‘ahu location will open its doors at Pearl Highlands Center in the former Pier 1 Imports space on Wednesday, August 31 at 6:30 a.m. The 7,000 square-foot full-service coffee-shop and bakery will open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for all-day breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Inspired by Liliha Bakery’s Nimitz location, its Pearl Highlands location will feature a 4,500 square-foot dine-in area and takeout bakery counter with ample parking. In its dining area, customers can expect the same tasty menu as its other locations, filled with Liliha Bakery’s hit comfort food favorites, such as its fluffy hot cakes, oxtail soup and loco moco. The bakery counter will include a spectacular line-up of over 150 different types of fresh, hand-made from scratch pastries, such as their infamous coco puffs and poi mochi donuts made around-the-clock. The Pearl Highlands Center location will also offer decorated sheet cakes for pre-order including Liliha Bakery’s classic chantilly and dobash cakes.

Fun fact: Many of Liliha’s bakers have been a part of its team for over 40 years and continue to honor Liliha’s traditional baking methods dating back to 1950 when the iconic restaurant and bakery first opened its doors.

“For several years now it’s been one of Liliha Bakery’s goals to service our amazing central O‘ahu and west side communities a little closer to home, and it’s an honor we have the opportunity to expand and do so,” said Connie Wong, Liliha Bakery Marketing Lead. “At our newest Pearl Highlands Center location, we’ll be sure to carry on Liliha Bakery’s legacy of timeless local dishes, freshly baked goods and pastries for Liliha lovers west of Honolulu to enjoy now conveniently in central O‘ahu.”

Wong added, “We can’t wait to welcome you all to the classic Liliha Bakery you know and love.”
